    Activity ideas

Literacy is a strong feature in the Pollination pairs activity – students are asked to matching native flowers with their pollinators.

Introduce students to some of the science ideas and concepts relating to pollination with the Pollination (lower primary) – unit plan. It is suitable for students working at NZC levels 1 and 2.

See for lower primary students. It uses our pollination resources and the NZC levels 1 and 2 resources in Seeds, stems and spores – introduction.
