Women in Space Aotearoa New Zealand (WISANZ) is excited to hold the Pathways to Space event aimed at providing inspiration and information on space careers in New Zealand to high school and tertiary students.
At this event, students will learn about the types of jobs and careers in the New Zealand space sector – across space science and space industry – and the types of training or study courses they could undertake in Aotearoa to help them get their dream space job. They’ll also hear about ‘a day in the life’ of women role models working in a range of different space jobs in New Zealand and have an opportunity to ask them any questions about what they do and their different pathways to get there.
Venue: Alan MacDiarmid Building (Ground Floor), Victoria University of Wellington, Kelburn, Wellington.
